Анотація [ Abstract ]

У монографії розкрито концептуальні засади землевпорядного забезпечення сільськогосподарського землекористування. Досліджено інституційне середовище землевпорядного забезпечення землекористування, актуальні проблеми формування раціонального використання земель у сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Обґрунтовано напрями та способи трансформації деградованих і малопродуктивних земель, зокрема у частині законодавчого і землевпорядного забезпечення цього процесу й економічного стимулювання консервації деградованих сільськогосподарських земель. Пропозиції, наведені у виданні, будуть корисними за обґрунтування організаційно-управлінських рішень щодо відновлення земель сільськогосподарського призначення, зокрема тих, які зазнали пошкоджень, уражень і забруднення під час бойових дій.
Розраховано на науковців, викладачів, здобувачів наукових ступенів, студентів, широке коло управлінців і фахівців у сфері землеустрою, представників бізнесу, громадських об’єднань, усіх, хто цікавиться проблемами землевпорядного забезпечення землекористування.

[The monograph reveals the conceptual principles of land management provision of agricultural land use. The institutional environment of land management provision of land use, current problems of formation of rational land use in agricultural enterprises have been studied. The directions and ways of transformation of degraded and unproductive lands are substantiated, in particular, in terms of legislative and land management provision of this process and economic stimulation of conservation of degraded agricultural lands. The proposals given in the publication will be useful in justifying organizational and management decisions regarding the restoration of agricultural lands, including those that were damaged, harmed and polluted during hostilities.
