Анотація / Abstract

Методичні рекомендації розроблено за результатами досліджень за програмою нау­кових досліджень НААН «Інноваційний розвиток». Наведено загальні положення щодо наукової та економічної доцільності впровадження (ефективності комерціалізації) наукових та науково-тех­нічних розробок, які фінансуються за рахунок бюджетних коштів. Вказано, що рекомендації ви­значають можливі способи комерціалізації наукових і науково-технічних
розробок, методичні заходи, критерії та показники, які застосовуються для оцінювання їх ефективності при впрова­дженні результатів наукової та науково-технічної діяльності наукових установ НААН в агро­промисловому виробництві України. Висвітлено складові процедури комерціалізації розробок наукових установ НААН, перелік нормативно-правових актів з питань комерціалізації наукових розробок.
Рекомендації розраховано на фахівців АПК різних форм господарювання і власності, нау­кових працівників.

[Methodological recommendations were developed based on the results of research under the Scientific Research Program of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine «Innovative Development». General provisions regarding the scientific and economic feasibility of implementation (effectiveness of commercialization) of scientific and scientific and technical developments, which are financed from budget funds, are given. It is indicated that the recommendations define possible methods of commercialization of scientific and scientific and technical developments, methodological measures, criteria and indicators that are used to evaluate their effectiveness when implementing the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities of scientific institutions of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine in the agro-industrial production of Ukraine. The components of procedures for the commercialization of the developments of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, the list of normative legal acts on the commercialization of scientific developments are highlighted.
Recommendations are intended for agro-industrial complex specialists of various forms of management and ownership, scientific workers.]
