У методичних рекомендаціях висвітлено основні теоретичні засади організації ядерцевих організаторів у хромосомах різних видів сільськогосподарських і домашніх тварин. Представлено покрокову методику ідентифікації ядерцевих організаторів у препаратах мітотичних хромосом тварин.
