Анотація / Abstract
Методичні рекомендації підготовлено в рамках виконання ПНД НААН 7 «Агрокосмос» – завдання 07.00.01.01.Ф «Науково-методичні засади супутникового моніторингу процесів опустелювання зональних агроландшафтів» (№ ДР0121U108885). Проаналізовано стан моніторингу процесів опустелювання в контексті зобов’язань України за Конвенцією ООН. Визначено основні чинники деградації земель, супутникові джерела інформації та структуру аналітичної платформи щодо впливу кліматичних змін за останні 40 років. Обґрунтовано ефективність супутникових індексів для України, запропоновано модифікований індекс ГТК Селянінова на основі супутникових даних. Методичні рекомендації можуть бути використані для удосконалення моніторингу та розробки заходів боротьби з опустелюванням.
Рекомендовано для фахівців управлінських структур, науковців, аспірантів і студентів аграрного та екологічного профілю.
[Methodological recommendations have been prepared within the framework of the NAAS Research and Development Program 7 «Agrocosmos» – task 07.00.01.01.F «Scientific and methodological foundations of satellite monitoring of desertification processes in zonal agrolandscapes» (State Registration No. 0121U108885). The state of desertification monitoring in the context of Ukraine’s commitments under the UN Convention to Combat Desertification has been analyzed. Key drivers of land degradation, satellite data sources, and the structure of an analytical platform assessing climate change impacts over the past 40 years are identified. The effectiveness of satellite-derived indices for Ukrainian conditions is substantiated, and a modified version of the Selianinov Hydrothermal Coefficient (HTC) index based on satellite data is proposed. The methodological recommendations may be to improve monitoring and develop measures to combat desertification.
