Анотація / Abstract
Науково-практичні рекомендації з організації виробництва органічного молока спрямовані на забезпечення ефективного впровадження принципів органічного тва- ринництва у молочному скотарстві. Особливу увагу приділено технологічним аспектам виробництва органічного молока, включаючи формування кормової бази, забезпечення добробуту тварин, контроль за якістю продукції та сертифікацію виробництва. Розглянуто економічні та організаційні засади функціонування органічних молочних господарств, а також чинники, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність продукції на ринку.
Призначено для спеціалістів агропромислового комплексу, науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, здобувачів вищої освіти.
[Scientific and practical recommendations for the organization of organic milk production are aimed at ensuring the effective implementation of the principles of organic livestock farming in dairy farming. Particular attention is paid to the technological aspects of organic milk production, including the formation of a feed base, ensuring animal welfare, product quality control and production certification. The economic and organizational principles of the functioning of organic dairy farms are considered, as well as factors affecting the com- petitiveness of products on the market.
