Анотація / Abstract

У монографії з позицій між- і трансдисциплінарного підходів викладено результати дослідження стану, викликів і заходів з відновлення ґрунтового покриву та меліоративних систем, що зазнали впливу воєнних дій. Здійснено комплексне оцінювання впливу воєнних дій на ґрунтовий покрив і дистанційний моніторинг наслідків бойових дій на території Харківської області. Запропоновано методичні підходи до розрахунку репарацій за шкоду, заподіяну продуктивним сільськогосподарським землям унаслідок збройної агресії. Розроблено концептуальні положення щодо відновлення та використання хімічно забруднених ґрунтів земельних ділянок за воєнно-техногенних впливів і нові методи контролю деградації. Обґрунтовано потенційну ефективність застосування донних відкладень для підвищення родючості ґрунтів і відновлення земель, пошкоджених під час воєнних дій. Представлено концептуальне бачення вирішення питання відновлення Каховського водосховища та залучення водних ресурсів р. Дунай як основи планів повоєнної відбудови південних регіонів України.
Розраховано на фахівців органів державного й регіонального управління та місцевого самоврядування, законотворців, науковців, викладачів і здобувачів вищої освіти.
Підготовку монографії ініційовано в процесі виконання проєкту «Оцінювання впливу збройної агресії на стан чорноземів і розроблення заходів для прискореного відновлення родючості ґрунтів у контексті забезпечення продовольчої безпеки» № 2022.01/0031 конкурсу «Наука для відбудови України у воєнний та повоєнний періоди» за грантової підтримки Національного фонду досліджень України.

[The monograph presents the results of a study of the state, challenges and measures to restore soil cover and amelioration systems affected by military operations using inter- and transdisciplinary approaches. A comprehensive assessment of the impact of hostilities on soil cover and remote monitoring of the consequences of hostilities on the territory of the Kharkiv region is carried out. Methodical approaches to calculating reparations for damage caused to productive agricultural lands as a result of armed aggression are proposed. Conceptual provisions on the restoration and use of chemically contaminated soils of land plots under military-technogenic influences and new methods of degradation control are developed. The potential effectiveness of using bottom sediments to increase soil fertility and restore lands damaged during military actions is substantiated. The article presents a conceptual vision of solving the issue of restoring the Kakhovka Reservoir and using the water resources of the Danube River as the basis for post-war reconstruction plans for the southern regions of Ukraine.
The book is intended for specialists of state, regional and local self-government bodies, policy makers, scientists, professors and students of higher education.
